Carol Ann McLaughlin has been a sought after caterer at the Jersey Shore for over 30 years. From the time she was a child she loved to be in the kitchen and grew up in an Italian American family where cooking, baking  and entertaining were a very important part of  life.  From her first party to the present, she combines her passion for food with her skill at orchestrating parties including personalized menus, staff, rentals and attention to details, large and small.

From Cape May to New York City, from Short Hills to Sea Girt, from Scotch Plains to Rumson, Carol Ann will prepare a delicious meal for large groups or small in your home or chosen venue. Cocktail parties are a specialty which include a large variety of butlered hors d’oeuvres which can satisfy a guest’s appetite in lieu of dinner. Buffet service or sit down service are your choice for dinner parties, brunches and lunches. Depending on your event, you may require door greeters, valet service and bathroom attendants many of whom have worked with Carol Ann for many years.
